We have all heard that famous quote and realize the truth of it. If we want to make a positive impact on the next generation and further the art movement in our hometown, a donation to student studies at the Firebird is a wonderful place to start.
For example, a pledge of only $600.00 provides weekly dance lessons throughout the year for a disadvantaged child, including his or her dance attire, and recital costume.
Or, if you'd rather, you may give exclusively to a specific area of your choice. For example, you may wish to help many girls by contributing to the pointe shoe fund for students 10yrs and older. Just so you know, pointe shoes cost $80-$100.00 and last only 3-6 months for serious study. As a result, many girls dance too long on broken shoes.
No matter how much your gift, rest assured that 100% goes to the purpose you have selected. Furthermore, in appreciation, your name will be forever showcased in our Hall of Fame!
You will receive information about the student you have sponsored, and you will receive 2 free tickets to any Firebird event or production with your name appearing in the program.
Perhaps you wish to support the young men in dance! No matter how progressive we have become this is still a huge issue. Young men desperately need the financial and emotional support that often eludes them.
As an extra benefit, our young ladies and gentlemen can learn partnering techniques together, which takes both dancer's training to the next level!
Maybe you would love to bring the joy of music into a child's life. Your gift of only $684.00 will provide a school years worth of weekly private lessons in Violin, Flute, Cello, Voice, or Piano.
Art lessons is just another way to make a profound difference in your community, one child at a time:)
Only $100.00 will go a long way towards paint or clay!
